Oakden Enterprises is committed to achieving better standards of care for vulnerable people in the community, disability and aged care sectors and provides high quality compliance support to government agencies, private and not-for-profit organisations.

The new aged care quality standards and the introduction of the NDIS Practice Standards, mark a change in the way services are provided and you may be looking for help to ensure you're on the right track. To ensure aged care services meet their legislative requirements, Oakden Enterprises assists organisations during sanctions and various ‘not met’ outcomes by working closely with clients to improve systems and processes within the home and workplace.

 Victoria Oakden has previously worked with ACT Health as a Clinical Risk Manager and Clinical Incident Review Coordinator, and as a registered Quality Assessor with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, auditing aged care services against national standards and legislation.
